Concrete reclaimer settlement type was the most popular concrete recycle solution for the readymix company. Because of the low investment, fast return-back, simple foundation and easy maintenance, it was usually the customer’s first choice!

1. Drive the truck to the fixed place, start the button switch, and the water pump will fill the water into the mixing trucks automatically.

2. Dump the waste concrete into the hopper, then through the reclaimer, the sand and stones will be separated cleanly from two different outlets.

3. The overflow slurry water flows to settling pits, and the clean water over several settling pits could be recycled to wash mixers through pumps again.
