Agitator Type

Agitator type was widely used in the readymix companies which produce low strength concrete mostly and lack of fresh water.

1. Drive the truck to the fixed place, start the button switch, and the water pump will fill the water into the mixing trucks automatically.

2. Dump the waste concrete into the hopper, then through the reclaimer, the sand and stones will be separated cleanly from two different outlets.

3.  The slurry water overflows to mixing tanks(2-4), and there’re agitators to prevent from settling. Through the water sensors and pumps, the slurry water can be reused in the batching plant to replace percentage of clean water to make new concrete which the waste could be 100% recycled.
